I had forgotten about http://www.allexperts.com, a cool site that lets you ask questions to resident experts, who then respond within 3 business days. So when I stumbled across the site while doing a Google search I thought, "Perfect! If anyone is going to have an answer for me, it's going to be an expert from allexperts.com."
Unfortunately, it didn't work out. Here's how it went:
Your question was
"Article II, Section I, Clause V enumerates the qualifications that must be met by an individual in order to hold the office of President.Who has the legal responsibility to check the candidates credentials, and how can the public gain access to the findings of the certification process?"
Expert: Ted Nesbitt
"But this is outside of my expertise."
That's what I'd call anti-climactic. Any other experts out there want to give it a try?
