District of Columbia

I have to give the District of Columbia Board of Elections credit. They were fantastic to work with. They responded promptly to my messages, found the documents I was requesting, and even went out of their way to scan the documents so that they could be faxed to me.

Unfortunately, the documents I got didn't have any relevant information on them. It doesn't seem DC has any real way of checking the candidates' qualifications.
