Indiana Makes a Mistake?!?

To Whom it May Concern:

It appears that the Indiana Code might have the wrong Clause of the United States Constitution in IC 3-8-1-6. That statute now reads:

IC 3-8-1-6
President or Vice President
Sec. 6. (a) A candidate for the office of President or Vice
President of the United States must have the qualifications provided
in Article 2, Section 1, clause 4 of the Constitution of the United
States.

The requirements for Presidential candidates are found in Clause 5 of Article 2, Section 1.

I thank you for your attention to this matter.

Your Fellow Citizen,

Justin W. Riggs
